How can I book a tour?
To book a tour, select your desired tour on our website, fill out the booking form, and pay online or contact us at [email protected] or call +995 596 55 00 99.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the tour starts with a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. During peak season (May-September), booking 2-3 weeks ahead is preferable.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, dangerous conditions), we can reschedule your tour or provide a full refund.

What's included in the tour price?
Tour price includes: transportation, professional guide, entrance tickets to attractions, and insurance. Food and personal expenses are not included unless specified.
In what languages are tours conducted?
Our tours are conducted in Georgian, English, and Russian. Other languages can be requested with advance notice.
Are tours suitable for children?
Many of our tours are family-friendly. However, some trekking and adventure tours are recommended for ages 12+. Contact us for details.

Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and cash at our office. For international payments, we use secure online payment systems.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay 50% at booking and the remaining 50% up to 3 days before the tour starts.
Are there group discounts?
Yes! We offer 10% discount for groups of 6+ people and 15% for groups of 10+. Student and children discounts also available.

Do I need a visa to visit Georgia?
Citizens of 90+ countries can enter Georgia visa-free for up to 1 year. Check visa requirements for your country with the Georgian embassy.
What's the best season to visit Georgia?
May-October is ideal for mountains and nature. Winter (December-March) is perfect for ski resorts. Spring and autumn are great for wine tours.
What currency do I need?
Georgia's official currency is the Lari (GEL). You can exchange money at airports, banks, or exchange offices. Many places accept international cards.
